They say that it’s easier to make your resolutions stick if you tell people about it and write it down. Well, it just so happens that the blog covers both! You also have to be very specific about your resolution. “Getting healthy” and “doing good” aren’t specific. So here goes.
Resolution #1: get into the splits (front, left and right).
I still take dance but am HIGHLY inflexible. Here’s the starting point, taken on January 1st, around 10:30PM.

found a website last year that has a nice, 6 week “program” to get you into the splits. We’ll see if I can stick with it and get all the way down. Pictures will follow…..gotta keep myself honest.
