last minute babysitting session last night taught us a few things.

We really enjoy our sleep.

Kids are hilarious.

Bribing works great when they aren’t your own.

You can tell they are fake crying if you offer them water and they stop crying temporarily to drink the water and then start crying again.  I’m sure it’s not funny when this is happening at 4AM and you’ve had no sleep for the past 3 days….but we found it amusing.

Ha! I always feel the same way when I babysit my nephew. Of course he always eats, sleeps and never gives me any trouble. But just hanging out with him is exhausting.
