back home on Sunday, we spotted this girl. As you may (or may not) know, we have a hands free law in CA. This means, you should use a bluetooth so your HANDS are FREE to touch the steering wheel.
This is really common. People think that if they don’t hold the phone to their ear, they are “hands free.” I love it. And I finally caught it on camera. No, no. I wasn’t driving.
And as Nick said – if she’s going to do that, at least hold the phone a little lower so no one can see it.
Here’s a trick. If you don’t have your bluetooth handy, stick the phone under your collar on speaker. It’ll hold it close enough for you to talk and listen.
