Sometimes it’s important to act like a kid

In an effort to not take ourselves too seriously, we spent an hour on Friday afternoon jumping on trampolines.

Yes, we paid money to do it.  And it was awesome.

Have you seen these places?  They setup tons of trampolines and even make trampoline walls, so we don’t fall off and break our necks.

We show up and walk up to the front desk where a young (emphasis on young) girl walks up and says, “so……um…..are you hear to jump?”  Oh dear.  We nicely inform her that, yes, the adults are here to jump.  After signing waivers and paying, we were ready.  Us and a bunch of kids, oh, and a mom & dad pair.  And this wasn’t their first time around the block.  Dad brought a towel so he could dab off the sweat while jumping.  Smart man.

We had fun and we paid for it on Saturday, and a little on Sunday.  Sore muscles for sure. But we were hungry for days – mostly just Friday night, but we devoted multiple bowls of pasta and had room for dessert.

We’ll be going again, want to join us?

did you go somewhere in the city? i know there is one near the marina and we’ve been talking about going. 🙂 let us know if you’re in town and want to go!!

They just put one in near our house so it’s brand new and VERY clean 🙂 But we definitely need to get together (just have to find a time when you’re in town!)!
